Default S.S. Rubrail

One of my projects this winter is to replace the rubrail around the 90's on the transom, it is one piece so im going to have to make two 90's. What is the best way to bend the S.S. insert around the corners? I was also told to apply low heat to the rubber part to make its bends. This is on a 25 Outlaw.
