When I had one go bad I called McLeod direct not knowing if they would even deal with me and WOW, was there customer service excellent.
They asked that I first send them the bad motor and when they receive it they would send me a NEW motor no charge.
Total turn around was less then a week.
I found them to be GREAT to deal with.
Call Stephanie and I'm sure she will treat you right.
Also check your bolster and make sure it is bolted down TIGHT. The reason our's went bad is the bolts into the floor had worked loose putting the motor in a bind. Have never had another problem.
