Baja 25 Outlaw
35 or 36 ?

has anyone been on both the new 35 and a 36 outlaw? What are the big differences? Has there been any changes to the 36 for 1998 to 2005?

I own a 36 Outlaw, 2002 model and have driven Poker Face.

The only real change in the 36 over the years is with the cockpit interior, dash layout, and the "X" dimension did get raised starting either 2001 or 2002.

The 35 has a pad bottom and is faster with the same power. It does have a liner style interior which I like. I also like the split shifters and throttles a lot on the 35.

The 36 has a GREAT ride. The 35 rode very nice as well, but the conditions when I drove it were smooth so it was hard to get a comparision on how it does in the rough compared to the 36.

Personally my wife perfers the 36 over the 35. She thinks the 35 feels much smaller, I do not get the same feeling.

Both are very nice boats. I think if you like to overnight you would perfer the 36.

There are some good buys on 36's out there.

Check them both out and let us know what you prefer.

Baja 25 Outlaw
I was a the dealership over the weekend and all they had was a 30 and a used 33. the 33 was outside all covered. I was looking at prices and you are right there are some good deals on 36's. I was wondering if it would be better to wait a year and look for a used 35 or was the 36 just a good

I aint got $hit
I have to plug my 36 for sale.

The 35 seemed a lot smaller in the cabin (cabin height). I agree with dock, if your going to overnight, get a 36. if its for speed, get a 35, they are faster.
