2004 29 Outlaw
Why can't I find book values for a '04 29 Outlaw?

Nada doesn't even show an '04 29 and they only have a single engine '03. One of the other books (not sure which) only shows single engine '03 and '04. WTF? I know it was a limited production model in '04 but theres got to be info somewhere.

Boatless again
I have heard of this issue before.

Truth of the matter is, the companies that write these books have to have enough examples on the market to be able to come up with a used value.

If there are not enough of them out here, or they were very limited in production, then they might not have had enough information to compile a value from .

Are you trying to come up with a value to base an offer from, or is the bank giving you friction about financing since they can't find a value?

Gotcha, I have seen 2004 models with prices all over the map. Anywhere from midd to upper 80's all the way into the 90's. I have not seen much price difference on used 2004 29's than used 2004 30's. It is crazy.

1999 Baja 29' Outlaw
The only book that ever determined value on anything is the check book! Boats, Airplanes & RV's are stupid as far as the variance in values from one model to the other.
Just as you said, warm & fuzzy feelings are the best determining factor in a purchase of a boat.
Good luck in your search! Better hurry, summer is almost here!
