Need measurements of something in a 35' O/L
I need a favor from a 35' Outlaw owner... I need a few measurements from the cockpit. I have a customer with a new 35 that I'll be installing a big stereo for and the boat is 30 miles away. If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it...
1. Total measurement from the door of the battery switch to the edge of the gunnel. I'm trying to see if 2 10" woofer's would fit there.
2. Total length of the storage tray inside the gunnel on the port side under the net. Take it from towards the top on a flat part. I'll be mounting 2 amps up there if they'll fit.
I meant to take those measurements today while I was at the boat but didn't have a tape measure. I went to install a Sirius receiver and ended up promising a quote for a big stereo too.
Here's a couple pics just so I don't get one of those "this thread is worthless without pics"
Thanks

Did that boat come from Grand Sport Center in Illinois?
I know 2 10's will fit under the bench on a 30 outlaw. If you are you looking to put 2 10's on each side I think you would be able to do that. I was going to 2 10's on each side but did not want to relocate my battery charger because it is mounted on the front side of the seat, where the speakers go. I do know that one 10 on each side will fit nice
But you will need some support if your mounting anything in the gunnel it is just the plastic.

The boat did come from there. I drove up to where it's at now and got the measurements yesterday. For now, it's getting 2 10" Clarion Marine's, JL 300/4, 5001/ (both mounted in the gunnels. We're gonna install a flat screen monitor/dvd player in the cabin above the sink sometime in the future.

Thanks for the info. I measured 26.5" of usable space, not going all teh way to the edge because it curves out going up. I'm installing 2 10's for now, and 2 more later if they decide to. The boat will be at my shop Monday morning.
