It might just be on my calendar next year. We wanted to run over to the islands for the "St.Clair Run" in June, but not enough people wanted to make it so we skipped it. I try to make it over there once a year, but this year it wasn't in the cards, BUT summer is not over yet. I might just make it yet.
That sounds like it would be a very nice run for you. How long is it by water?

Dock - Awesome pics!!! Boating on Lake Erie can be very rough and I have gotten wet many times boating there (even on a 405 Formula Sport Yacht). The Casino was my favorite spot to hang when I lived in OH. Hopefully you had some of those loaded strawberry's as well at Kelley's.
p.s. The waves and chop on LKN are much easier to handle!

I was down at the docks to see all the boats come in. didn;t make the trip over to Kelly's and glad I didn't. It rained for 3 or 4 days straight. I would have had a cold wet ride back. Hope to do the whole run next year

Dock,
Bobby's 405 with the custom paint job has stock gauges and a small Lowrance GPS below the compass. See the pic in post #23. He does, however, have a great table at the L-shaped lounge, as well as an automatic drink-maker plumbed next to the icemaker in the cockpit.
The other 405 had a large Garmin unit mounted directly ahead of the steering wheel at the helm. I'm actually going to inquire about this installation as I've been thinking about doing something similar.
Dennis,
Let's hear about the possible new boat, buddy!

We made a mistake by not pulling the boat out of the water after the run but it was late and we were tired. I got a little wet Sunday morning to say the least!

Dennis,
Thanks for pointing that out. I got myself confused on the two. Yes that is the best dash lay out I have seen on one from Baja.
No new boat here buddy!

Dock, you might as well just drag that thing back up here for this weekend. You have more "island life" to experience. We need to rent a golf cart and show you the other "restaurants" on Kelleys Island!
