I haD A 320ES. It isn't the worst riding boat I have been but for a 32 it sucked. It didn't seem that the pad was big enough for the size of boat and it would constantly fall off to one side or another. Engine access is miserable unless you take out he whole back seat/bulkhead. They do have a ton of room in them though. Make sure you have a stout truck to pull it cause they are heavy. By the way I paid $4200 for a brand new 10500lb aluminum loadmaster trailer a couple of years ago so I would tell him to keep the trailer.
