Thanks guys. My lawyer is going to try to go after AMIG and see if we can get some $ out of them toward the repairs. I'll shoot Kevin an e-mail as well, but I think that basically what will happen is we'll do a best effort against the Insurance Company and then I'll let her go before the end of Fall. I'll keep everyone posted.

Wow, I am really sorry to hear the news.. That sux, I know I will steer all clients away from that ins co if I hear them talking or asking about that..
After all of the eyes that looked at the boat with the same sentiment, I am supprised that the ins co denied the claim... What a bunch of crooks.. Hell ,I know we gave you very detailed info on the damage & I am sure charlie did as well when it went there for the ins companies requested second opinion..
I hope the ins co compensated you at least for the expenses of having to have everyone look at it because of their requests..
Hopefully your attorney will be able to get your situation with your ins co resolved..
