We leave Kelly's Island and are running 78 to 79 MPH WOT and they pass us like we are going backwards with JR Jenny at the helm. We arrive at the docks at Port Clinton and I walk over and hit the recall which had been reset and it said 99.9 MPH. The GPS did not lie and we gave JR a lot of grief for not hitting the century mark.
Team Baja was there on my boat as was Jason Billmeyer and I don't think the GPS was lying.
(Fun Police: Doc was drinking caffeine free pepsi, handing out Lifeline brochures, and lecturing on lanyards as the rest of us drank the day away!)
