How hard would it be to get a title for it and why wouldn't it have a title?

I see it ended and it says no bids and it also has a buy it now price of $29,500. I think if you could get hold of the seller he may move from that price.

Can anyone shed some light on the no title issue and whats involved in getting new one or why it dosent have one?

That means the seller ended the auction early like I predicted in post #14. He should have put a reserve on it then he wouldnt have had to do that.

Copied from the ad.

This boat will be sold by bill of sale only. We do not have the title on the boat, motor, or trailer. This boat was bought at a bank repossession auction. We do have a release of lein from the bank. Buyer is responsible for making arrangements with their local revenue office for titling purposes.

Baja_man why do you not receive PM's or emails?

Baja Before Fountain:

Largest dealer network
Largest number of performance boats produced period
Great dealers in and around Cumberland area and other areas
Many happy owners in and around Cumberland and other areas

So you find it necessary to tell me a Happy and Satisified Baja owner and so many others like me that my boat is nothing because ther are so many of them.

Do you feel the same way about Harley Davidson's? I own one of them also. How about a Jeep I own one of them with several million other people as well. You need to think about what you are saying maybe before you post it because you just insulted every Baja owner.
