Check out the 26 Outlaw prop thread on the Baja site. I've got a pretty good collection of props (now 10) sitting on the shelf waiting on warm weather to hit and have the same boat/engine as your dad. Will post up results as I test them.

i know he loves the way my Mate rides and planes with the 4 blade, and i know he would be willing to give up a couple MPH to get the ride of a 4 blade etc. so if you do any testing let me know.
if he could get the right 4 blade on there and stay the same mph as it is now but gain better planing and better ride/control he would be super happy

Based on the results I got from a labbed Bravo I last weekend he might like it. I was running 26" of pitch....too much....but a labbed 24p Bravo might just be perfect.

talk to brett at bblades about a merc rev 4 23, it works good on the baja boats cause of the deep drive height, or I have a 24 3 blade by hydromotive its there turbo prop worked good with my 502 390hp motorit hit 5000 rpm with the 585hp motor it hit 5800rpm. art

I've seen 66 with the 23p MP under perfect conditions, only 63 with the labbed 26 Bravo but had 90 gallons of gas. I haven't run a labbed 24 yet. I also have a 24p Turbo Vector and a 23p Rev 4 to try (among others) so will take me some time to run through them all.
