Irish its all good....thats why we have these discussions....its always good to learn something!!!
I was always under the impression that the 302's were in the 6000lbs range + trailer.
I'm learning something new today....
Gotta go shopping for a truck too....damn!!!

Yea a 25OL is more in the 6000# range...Keep in mind you have to add around 2500 for a trailer then your gear and your people...10.5K is pretty close..

That and when you read Baja's weight ratings, they are based on dry weight with base motors (most likely 6.2's for the 302). Once you start adding bigger motors, gas, etc, the weight jumps up there quick. I know I'm in the 10-11K weight range on my boat/trailer.

Verbi, I have an '02 302 with the HOs. See 75 on the speedo. I'll include a picture plus the link to all the pictures I have of it right now. All freshwater use.

Thanks Irish!!! Yeah I usually have it parked up there at the old Baja dealership. Spend most of my time at PIB or Kelly's. I have it 'listed' at 72,900. Looking to get a Special or a Top Gun.

Nice looking boat! Good luck on the sale. In this market though it's probably going to be tough. Lot's of used boats and repo's out there.

not a baja, but I have a 2001 Eliminator 300 eagle with twin 500 EFI that runs 88 mph. Well maintained and on a trailer for $69,900. It's on this site for sale under Eliminator boats. thanks

Quick question for everybody here. I have an '02 302 with the base 6.2L 320's in it. What would be the best prop for that setup? Someone told me a 22p 4blade bravo 1???? Do I need to be even more specific??? Diameter as well? Thanks!!
