Does anyone know if this is still considered a NEW boat with full engine and outdrive warranty?

In the past, yes, but now days ???

I remember seeing a merc bulletin last year that
addressed these types of situations w/hp engines
and warranty, but I can't seem to find it.

They ( hawkeye) have treated me very good
with those warranty gray area's though
