They haven't made that radio in 6yrs. I highly doubt you'll find one new. Put a CMD4 in it. It's plug and play you'll most likely have to make a backing plate as the cutout is bigger on the XMD radio, but pretty easy swap.

Here's a used one. I think I'd opt for this one being you have your boat forsale and if your just looking for a unit that plays music.

This unit will also work it's what came in my boat in 2003

Here's a CMD4 thats new...wiring is all the same it's just got a different footprint than the XMD2 and XMD3

The CMD5 has the same footprint as the CMD4 so if you were looking for new...

The CMD6 has the footprint of the CMD4 and 5 but none of the remotes or wiring harness are plug and play so in order to switch you'd have to rewire everything...I'd stick with CMD5 or older I showed you a few that I found on Ebay

I believe I have one down at the shop, it was given to me by a buddy that bought it and it wouldnt fit in the space on a 442.

I installed it but it wooldnt run my IPOD controller I already owned, so I put in the cmd5,,,,which is SMALLER and really pisses me off as I had to make a plate to cover the edges.

So it was " installed " twice,,,,,but never really used
