25 Outlaw.
Ben is putting together a 3.3L, .25" stroked 454 for Scott.
It will make big power the way Ben is thinking.

The 25 is a pretty sound hull very simliar to the 272. I know of two 272's capable of running in the 90's and one that has broke triple digits.

That will be a sweet setup for sure.

I hope so Dock...... I have had nothing but bad luck with it since I met you at the 1st Thunder At The Lake at the LOTO and tore it up......... Picked the wrong engine builder and have been jacked up for 2 years... It's in the right hands now and am finally looking forward to some turnkey boating for a change.......

Hey Hey Hey

Sorry I did not know who they were referring to but now I do. I hate you have had a bad go of it but maybe there are some good days ahead real soon now.

Sounds like you are building some SERIOUS HP.

Good luck and keep us posted. I'll look forward to seeing Jason sticker on your boat!

Take care
Doc

I will say that Jason's engine guy really seems to know his stuff. If Jason cannot break them they have to be good!

I met Ben at Lake travis a few years back with Jason and he was asking questions about my motors that were so damn far above my head that I know I looked pretty stupid. But if I could have answered his questions I would be competing with him building motors.

Cannot wait to see the FASTEST 25 OL on the water!

Here is my setup--

540 CI
Whipple 2.3 side mounts
about 5 psi boost for now.....
800 hp at 5500 rpm
875 ft lbs at 3800 rpm

Machine work done by my friend Tim
Cams from Bob Madera/ aka RM Builder
Fuel mapping done by Mark at Precision Marine , Kenner LA
Drives built by Mr. Gadgets
I assembled motors and rigged entire boat.

Thanks Doc, I could use all the luck I can get........

Will, not for sure if the boat will run 90......... I wish it would but am more concerned with more than 400 hours of turnkey boating........ It was supposedly 700hp last go around and best I saw 80gps...... Don't think his Dyno was accurate...... Just keeping my fingers crossed! I'm sure Ben will hook me up........
