2 different sizes probably...My hammer has 2 different sizes and I've got a buddy with a 25OL that's got both sizes as well

Here's the most helpful thread I've found on it, and it's not much help...

You need the large. They are all the same size.

I replaced all of mine with the aluminum ones except the front passenger one. The grab handle is in the way. I can get the old plastic one out but not the new one in. I'm going to have to remove the handle but it is blind side mounted and I haven't gotten to pulling the panel off to get to the mounting screws.

I changed all of mine and didn't have to remove the handle. If you get the large ones you will have to make the existing hole bigger. I shaved enough (toward the radio) to get the new one in. The rim at the top covers the entire area. It was tight but doable. Hope this helps.

Yes all 8 are the large ones. Just have to make the existing hole a little bigger. That is the only option. The next size down is too small.

You gotta tilt the cupholder in the hole to get it out. I can take mine out & it is trick, but it will come out without having to remove the handle. Unless your handle is just mounted really low.
