Default Who makes our bolsters??

I've seen a couple of threads for people looking for bolster seats lately. I know Baja contracts out to have the bolsters made and let me tell you they are the best, most comfy bolsters I've ever sat/or stood in! I've been in almost every major offshore boat built and I still have not found a bolster that is as comfortable. I know PBM did an article on the company that builds these for Baja, but I can't remember the name. Anyone know??

I'm pretty sure they are made by McLeod Design Group, they make the ones in my Sunsation, they make them for Hustler and Formula and probably others and they are as comfortable as anything I've ever sat in.

I know McLeod makes the upper end electric bolsters for the Bajas, but I'm not sure about the more rounded looking manual drop outs. You're right though. They are extremely comfortable.

Smile Baja Bolsters

Hey Tank

I just checked my broucher and Baja supply's Aero Bolsters as standard equipment and McLeod's as the optional upper end equipment. I have the Aero's and like'm. Hope this helps.

The Aero bolsters are made in house by Baja - at least the upolstery part. They may not make the tubular frame but if it turned out they did, I would not be surprised.

Good info...Thanks. I was refering to the more rounded bolsters, the aero's. I've been in Mcleods and still feel the aero's are way more plush. Plus when compaired to others the aero's are thicker, more snug, and very comfortable when in a seated position. They seem to be a deeper seat which kind've sucks you in. Others are very shallow and rigid geared more to standing pasengers only . I still say they are the most comfy on the market.

Boss, what's the deal? You going to give us the rundown on your shop tour or what?? Hows the 36 coming??
