Default 92 270 Baja Re-power & Updating Thread

So I started this project a while back (3 years ago and I thought I would finish it in one summer...boy was I wrong)and Im just now starting to post some pics of it. I have re-powered from the gen 4 502 to a 509 roller motor with a 1071Mooneyham blower, Lee performance intercooler, 2 1050 Dominators...ext. I completely removed the back seat, dash panel and all the stock baja gauges and threw them all away and started new. The pics start late in it the build but here it goes...
Goodies

Pic new back seat and engine hatch

More to come............

My dad had a '91 model 270 back in the day. I had forgotten about those footrests. Boat looks good, when's it going to be up and running?

I have a '92 270 that's all original except for the motor.

Can't wait to see the finished pics of your boat!

Here is a pic from a few months ago when we just installed the motor....take note to the floor in front of the crank pully. The gas tank was removed and shorten 5" and the fire wall was cut and moved foward to be able to install the blower... In the stock app the wall was only 1" away from the crank pully

I have everything plumbed with the motor in at this point and I will post some pics of that when I get a chance....
