Default Glue for Window Hatch

My arm on one of the front hatches on the 25Ol has fallen off. I figure, no problem and used a 2 part clear 5 minute epoxy to glue it back together. Wont stay stuck. Also tried JB weld and it still wont stick. Glue seems to be fine adhearing to the black plastic on the arm but wil not adhear to the white lexan hatch. I have cleaned both surfaces and no luck.
Any idea what I can use to re-attatch the hatch arm to the hatch so I can use it?

My brother does body work for a living. He fixed the same thing on one of my hatches last year. Still holding great. I texted him to see what he used. I'll let you know.

He said it was something specific to plastic, but doesn't remember exactly what it was. He said he'd check and get back to me.
