Default Speed of 35OL with 496HO´s?

What speed can you get out of the Outlaw 35 with 425 hp 496´s?
And how much i the difference vs the 525´s?

Ho's vs 525's is about 10mph or less I think. I remember a 525 boat running 84 and the HO boats seem to be in the mid 70's.
525's would be my 1st choice.

Mine was 70-72 with HO's. The 525's were 82-84

Been on one that ran 73-74 with labbed 28 B1 props. I'll bet a nicely setup 35/525 would hit 85.

Is there much of a difference between the Outlaw's hull compared to the 302 Hull (other than length)? I have a friend with HO's in a 302 that runs a solid 70 and that's it. Just curious.

There is a lot more to the 496 vs 525 than top speed. There is acceleration, durability, pleasure & resale value. Spend the extra money up front.

I think the 302 hull is allmost the same as the 29OL and mine 29 has a "hock" in the ass that keeps the top speed down a bit.

I agree but 35OL with 525 is kind of tricky to find...
