Default 2001 272, Ideas On What It Is Worth?

Was looking to put the boat on the market here real quick. Just curiuous what I should ask for it? No liens, and not a must sell. Its an 2001 272 with the 496 mag h.o. Boat has 150hrs on it and a fresh water boat. Previous owner was a woman and she bought it brand new. The trialer is a 2011 loadmaster steel trailer. Was just looking for some idea's. Thanks

That's a beautiful ride. Maybe wishful thinking, cause I'm in the bruthahood, but......................I'd start high 20's and hold firm. POS's sell for less....................

Default nice looking boat

just bought the same boat this winter for 31,000.
I'd list for 32,000 since your trailer is new. The 2001 496 is the forged crank 496, they changed in 02 to the cast crank.
Do a search for these, you won't find any close to as nice as yours for under 28,000. I looked all winter and they are from 25,000 for older ones to 35,000 for some of the newr 272's until they changed them to the 275's.
The 272 is a great boat.

I have never heard this. As an owner of a 2001 252 I am certainly interested. Was it all 496's or just the HO? Do you have any serial number identification as to what engine had what crank?

Thanks,

Dan

Nice boat.....I wish it would be worth more than $32K, try $35K and go from there.
