Default Anyone Know this 1999 252 - Fair Price?

Does anyone know this 252?

Also is it a fair price?

I'm getting pretty serious for this summer, looking for a 22-26 foot Baja, or P22 since thats closer to my heart.

I agree, if you look hard enough you can find a 25 Outlaw in the price range, with a mag engine, even a few years newer!

Keep in mind the performance and islander models count the swim platform, this 252 is a 23 ft boat when comapred to a 25 Outlaw.

I got a 99 232 with 7.4 mpi/bravo one... boss package with about 3k worth of sound system on it with a eagle trailer. Just had the coupler done and boat runs awesome about 450 hours.

I'm not discrediting anyone posting they're boats, but be careful of any boat you look at purchasing for rot in transom and stringers. MAKE SURE you get a certified mechanic to check motor and drive as well as a certified surveyor to inspect the boat front to back for rot and hull integrity issues. You'll save thousands by spending a few hundred. I've seen several 90's and early 2000 boats with stringer rot and transom rot. I'll keep my eye open for you. I've personally seen Baja man 25OL and it's a nice piece thats well equipped.

Also where do you plan to boat at with your new Baja? Lake St.Clair can be rough at times I'd agree a 25OL would be a better choice if thats the main area you'll be using it. I'd have to agree that 252 is slightly overpriced for the market and age of it. I'd lean towards a Mag boat or make them a lower offer if your not planning to touch the motor and just use it for what it was designed. I'd guess you'd see upper 50's to low 60's with that power in that hull.
