I bought 5 meters (about 16ft) of waterproof LED's and I am thinking about putting them on the inside of my swim platform, I have the older style (non tubular) swim platform and figured the lights shining down into the water would look cool.
I would also like to put 2 lengths down the rails of my trailer, shining "up" towards the boat, but, will have to check with the local police first. If it turns ok and DOESN'T look like a low budget strip joint or 1970's disco bar I will post pics.

89notch, did you just stick them to the bottom side of the side pad? I am trying to find something that the lights are mounted vertical so I can loosen the pad and sandwich it behind them and the hull.
