Quite the decal package..... Hideous, really. One good thing about Baja, graphics were always really good.

Ah Yes Gull Island, only thing lacking from the moot is the warmer water.

I am hoping to look at the 252 in Rochester next week. I really like the black/grey/purple colors, very conservative for a Baja. I also like the Grand Prix schemes too.

Im trying to stay away from the red/purple/other color but it seems like there are a lot of those out there. . .

Hopefully will have something for one of the LSC area Poker Runs

Default 232 vs. 252 Ride Quality

So there seem to be a lot more 232s available vs 252s. And of course the prices is a bit better on the 232.

Will I really notice the ride difference from the dead rise on the 232 vs. the 252 for Lake St Clair?

Also most of the time it will be my wife and I and may another couple. Do we need the extra room of the 252?

Andrew,

Yes there will be a good bit of difference between them. Remember the 252 is really 25' 6" long with a short 1' extension on the hull and the 232 is really 23' 2" with a 2' extension on the hull. Not to mention the deadrise increase the 252 is almost a 25 Outlaw hull. The 232 is a great little boat and would be fine on most days on St. Clair, but you need a 252 so you can go to Put-in-Bay!
