I have a 1989 Baja Sport 250 the guy I bought the boat from had a new windshield made. He gave me the windshield with the boat when I bought it. Everything was going fine when I installed it until I drilled the last hole for the last mounting screw when the windshield cracked. I would love to see your pics of what you built for your boat. could you please email me the pics or contact me? [email protected] is the email address

Grind a touch of negative chamfer on the cutting edge of your drill bit, always tape before drilling. Rich
