I think that "log" was a piling holding up someone's beach house.
That hull will never see water again.
I like the engine type..... "jet". I guess it shoots water outta the gimbal housing where the outdrive used to be.

It looks like that log he hit was actually a WWII Landmine! LOL. What exactly is a "Buoie"? some form of channel marker used only in French waters?
I agree, its worth the price of the trailer and whatever [fresh] gas is in the tank, beyond that its junk. I think with a reserve of 3K he will be owning it for a long, LONG time.
I am always a little leery of ads that claim "its an easy fix". If thats actually the case, why not fix it and use it, or sell it "fixed" for considerably more cash?
