Buy J/E srp's pistons:

they don't use the fukked up merc metric rings, they are .004 bigger than stock so you can have blocked honed with tq plate and not bored and they are so close in weight there is no need to re-balance your motor.
Buy them and the rest of the stuff except the injectors from comp products:

If you call them and tell them what you are doing they will walk you thru it on the phone and give you the EXACT parts you need as they don't hire 18 year old kids and old women to answer the phone. They have bought alot of merc warranty motors to as they are VERY close to them and might have a low hour take off head too, Smitty
