265 DVX new graphics, PICS. shine in your opinion

Well guys my 1990 Baja DVX is going in for new graphics / wrap. So far here is what the shop came up with. Im already having them move the "Baja" towards the back of the back more.

I have to keep a little teal color in it since the seats have teal in them and there is a teal strip painted on the bow.

Let me know what you think. Thumbs up, down, comments, hints, what you link, dont like, ect. Colors you like on boats, colors you dont like on boats. Please share.

Here is what the old graphics looked like

The painted bow stripe

You can cover the teal on the bow too with red & black & grays, get rid of all the teal on the new decals. Then ur next project would be to do the interior next..............

Then the boat would be all updated!

Just my thoughts!

Thank you guys for the hints. Ill ask about being the graphics up to the rub rail, and added cost.

Long story short there is a $1100 budget on the graphics. The sheriff's department is paying for the graphics since they put a gouge in the old ones. Anything over $1100 i'm paying for, that is why they are staying under the port windows and approx 24" wide max.

If anything we could maybe move the graphic all the way up ot the rub rail and have more white showing on the bottom, or later on just print the black with the gray accents on another wrap that would cover up to the rub rail...???

Well there still working on it. Below is the latest drawing. I feel the waves under the windows has to go and smooth it out.

This is what I just did quick in paint. Im thinking something along the lines like this

Here is a quick paint i did showing / getting the idea of what it would look like up to the rub rail.

Something to think about or question...is the white of the wrap (which I am thinking is their base that they print the wrap on) going to match your white on your boat? For me, this could play a big role in things.

Good question.

Here is a pic of the white wrap / base I bought from them to cover the tinted plexi. It isn't perfect match but close. I believe they will trim the the white that isn't printed on off but not sure. I'll have to ask
