The only thing I have found we like with the speed and large cabin is a 43 Nortech.

Im not spending 300k on a boat though.

We are looking at a 40 Outlaw with 575's and ITS -XR's

I need to get it down enough to cover swapping to at least Imco SC's so I not blowing drives once I do a pulley swap

You still won't be happy with any XR based drive. The gears will just come apart with all the weight and HP. I have been having that problem for years but love the boat. As you see I want to upgrade drives or boats but can't justify spending money on current boat and can't justify spending money on a new boat!

Speed is what makes powerboating get STUPID expensive. IMO stick with 70-80mph or just spend big money on a boat already setup with Arneson, NXT, #6.

A 100mph bravo based boat broken at the dock is not as fun as a 75mph boat out on the lake.

I will NEVER buy a bravo based boat again!

Good luck on your hunt for a new boat!

Not looking for 100,,,,,,just mid 80's

A Bravo and some responsible throttling should be ok

No way Im gonna try to get a big heavy straight bottom boat any faster then that
