speaker pods

They are pretty easy to make and you can get pretty custom!
1. make 2 templete cutouts. 1 for the base and then the other for 2 x 6.5 rings to hold speaker.
2. Form the templetes out and use lil pieces of mdf to support the skeleton and then use grill cloth to cover and staple tight.
3. then apply several coats of fiberglass and then sand down and paint or cover in vinyl.
Pretty easy to do and you can even cut out some thin wood letters (i.e B A J A) and have raised letters in the fiberglass.
We used to do this for custom car audio and its pretty easy to do. Good luck.

you would get more of what you want and more directional if you made them.
you can search.. I found these but would be pointed more upward if you mounted on flat surface.

it would be something similar to that. There used to be a baja from texas I believe that had a full wrap and speakers everywhere including in the windo hatches but I cant find the pics of it. It had dash pods like I am looking for.
