Blown Water Hoses?
I seem to be blowing my oil cooler hose at least once a year along with my power steering cooler hoses in 2 years. Some of these hoses came from ProCharger but have since been replaced and blew out also. They all seem to go 1" from the clamps and are really blowing out hard. Am I just buying crappy hose or do I have other issues with water pressure. There is a crossover being used in place of the water pump and I have good flow coming from the intercooler too. Anyone else having this dilemma?
My second question/thought is to run PVC with hose connectors at the ends. This might not put such a load on the hoses because they will be shorter. Will this work? Thanks.

If you are blowing water hoses I would say you are getting junk hoses from the autoparts. Go to a hose supplier & get some aeroquip or parker slip on hose. That should be the end of your hose problems.
