My 1994 32' Baja does lower 80's with low boost and non lab finished props. Engines dyno'd at about 550Hp. I got another 50-100 Hp each if I want it. Boat weighs about 7500 dry.

Boat has a total of 350 hours with 65 on engines. No wear on the hull and stringers and transom are solid!

Boat handles great in the rough stuff. I kicked some major booty in my last poker run in 3-5 seas.

I love to sneak up on those high priced @#$%. No fancy graphics, just performance. They really get interested in Baja's after that. Here's my website:

Some may be able to beat me, but not even close when considering price.

My saying is "If you see my transom, "NUFF SAID". If I see yours you paid too much"

Yeah J, I think 100 is pretty optimistic. It takes big power to get any vee into 100. You are going to hit a wall at some point, my boat is at about 80. I think 90 with 1200hp is reachable. NOW THAT........WOULD BE AWESOME!!!!!

I swear I would stop throwing wrenches if I had a 90mph 29 OUtlaw...... How's your ride doing??

coming along, one engine was put on dyno and got clean bill of health and we beat it on the dyno pretty good.
got new holley carbs (800's off of HP500's)
those will go on and engine #2 is going to dyno end of Jan or beginning of Feb to get tested and get a clean bill of health.
once that is done it is time to dump them in right at the beginning of April and see if this tub will hold its own this summer.
Before I put engines back in, taking the boat to Ike and have him go over every F**ing thing on it, from fuel sender to steering, tabs, trim for the drives, EVERYTHING
cause Im totally sick of this and want this douche bag pig to run and run her ass off.
no more tool tossing for this guy.
This thing is going to RUN
(then it is time to get it all painted up and pretty)
that is later on though
Jason

Hey how many rachets did you buy last year

4???...not bad....

I actually had a pretty trouble free summer. Aside from an impellar and housing, and a few little knick knacks, that was about it. I spent all winter last year building and rigging, so I got all my temper tantrums out of the way.......HAHAHAHAAAA.

I did send a cheap little hand held rivet gun thru my garage wall though. That left a mark. Now that I have alot of Crafstman stuff I need to be careful of how far I throw things, but not how hard....you know, the life time warranty thing

Get that mule up and on the go, you certainly deserve it!! I decided not to put a blower on this year because of the 9.9:1 compression I am running. I did not want to risk melting this thing. I really enjoyed 520hp turnkey last year, so I just am probably going to go with some head and cam changes, see if I can pick up another 70-80 ponies. Good call on your part having the Ike guy give the entire rig a good going over.

Catch ya on the flip side.......and a little rocksalt spread at about 10 lbs/sq/ft in the old engine builders front yard would make for an interesting spring......HeHeHe.......

Take 'er slllooowwwwww.........A4

By the way, make that 10 lbs/1000 sq ft.........10 per foot might be a little obvious.....

Guys they put these motors in the 40 outlaw as twins,
Plus the 40 footer has ammenities that the 29 does not. Dude this thing with twin 575's has to freakin be a major bullet.
imagine 1150 HP in something around what 8000 LBS?
maybe less? 7000 LBS?
prop the ***** right and you have well over 100 MPH at your finger tips with out a doubt.
that is the reason for the post, Just seeing if anyone actually has seen one or better yet bought one with those engines.

What speeds does the twin HP 500's or 500 efi's pull down ?
Think about it
If a standard fountain 35 with twin HP 500's can get mid 80's
and low to mid 90's with the 575's
this 29 outlaw would be able to just blow by it for about 150 thou less MUHAHAHAHAHA nothing like beating the living snot out of someone that spend like 2 morgage payments more than you
Sometimes Baja sneaks something out that is just a missle in baja clothing

Jason
