Looks awesome
Hey Outlawcowgirl,
Dr Vinyl did an awesome job,how did he repair the bolsters? I also have 24 Outlaw which I am always doing something with it. Just replaced the carpet with a Lonseal/ Perilli type floor & re-did the swim platform with Hydro-turf. The original rubber on the swim platform was way slippery . I am busy building a new motor to replace the 7.4. Keep the pic's coming.
John
PS. Heres a pic the swim platform

Johno, where did you find the hydro-turf? Your swim platform looks really good. I also have a 24 outlaw and the rubber on the platform needs replacing........

Thanks Johno. To tell you the truth, I have no clue how he did it. I was not there when he dropped by to do the work. Gordo might know.
Your swim platform looks GREAT! I think that is another thing that needs to be replaced. What is on there now is very hard and it looks like it is pulling away from the actual platform. I too would like to know how much you did your's for. I am with Allan4, I want RED!!!!

Carrie,
I was wondering if you saw this.
That purple looks way better than the old black pad. I'm with Allen concerning the red fading. If fading is not a problem, then either red or maybe Grey( to make Ron happy) would look good.

Hydro-turf
I used Hydro-turf , same as what they use on wave-runners. I e-mailed & they called me back within an hour. I calculated how much I needed($40-00 incl. glue & brushes), they are real easy to deal with. They have just about every color there is. I made a template out of Luane wood paneling and cut the Hydru-turf with a Razor knife. Fading?...they claim it should not fade..time will tell.
The hardest part was getting the old mat off, I used Goof Off with a plastic putty knife.
Lonseal floor was a mission from hell to install. Removed Bolsters, bench seat & cabin wall. Baja builds our boats pretty well, the under floor was kind of lumpy & uneven. Lonseal will show every bump & imperfection so the floor had to be perfect. Had to fill in & level floor at the Gunwale area. Also removed centre panel covering gas tank. See pic of finished floor

Here's a link to their site http://www.hydroturf.com/
I've been using their products for years on my race boats. Good people to deal with. Pick your color and the amount you need and your set. Not expensive either.
