Ole Mule 24 Outlaw on Outdoor Channel
Hey guys,
I ran my boat in a GLSCS race in June and it is airing on the Outdoor Channel this wed night at 11:00 pm eastern and 11:30 am friday. The show is called Speed Zone and it is the Cincinnati Offshore Grand Prix. Boat number is P5-48 and we won P5 class, so the chopper followed us aroound quite a bit.
Thought you may want to know....the ole Baja is getting ready to fight again, we are heading to St Clair MI on Friday to put her to action again. Began the boat prep process last night...lot's to do.

Is the "Outdoor Channel" you refer to the same as "OLN" (Outdoor Life Network)? I get OLN but have never watched anything. The name suggests that they would be run by a bunch of tree huggers. Obviously they aren't if they are showing offshore boat racing.

Hmmm....Good question?
I assumed they are one and the same. In any event, unfortunately I don't get either.
I know the SBI races are broadcast on the "Outdoor Life Network"
Allan, do you know which one it is?

there are two stations, OLN and the outdoor channel, they are far from tree hugger stations. Hunting/fishing mostly. Unfortunately, I no longer get them.

Wred is correct. They are two different stations. The Outdoor Channel reaches 23 million homes and features mostly hunting and fishing stuff. It is channel 109 on the Cincy Digital cable package.
I bet alot of you have it and do not know it. I do not have a upgraded cable package, but if you do, you likely have it.
Luv.....we have already worked out the bad "TV" graphics on the boat. The decals were supposed to come with a white backround...we had what is known as a comuunication breakdown...or something. Fixed now though.
Still disappointed about it, plus I had to cut them a better deal for the second race as an apology.
Oh well....check out the race if you can.
