Smile Your Next of Kin

Just thought I would say hello. I am currently looking into purchasing a 25 outlaw or 272. Im not sure as to which one for now, so I thought I would read and gather opinions from current owners. I am from Louisiana and will be educating myself this year. I have 1 year to go. Deadline.....03 of 2005. Until then I will just have to settle for my friends 29. Hope to get to know all you. Thanks

My personal preference for the boating I do? The 272 hands down. A friend has one with a 502. NICE BOAT!!!

2004 BAJA 29 OUTLAW
272 or 25ol

Both are great boats. Can't go wrong with either. I had a 2001 272 and loved it did all i wanted it to do, mine had 496ho. Whichever boat you get I recommend either the 502mag or the 496ho.IMO Here is a pic of my old boat . BTW a guy from louisiana bought it.

Just went through the same process and bought the 25 Outlaw. I like the more traditional look in the Outlaw series than the Performance series. My $.02! As mentioned earlier think about the type of boating you do and figure out which one fits that style better.

2004 BAJA 29 OUTLAW
how much difference

Not alot, 496 ho 425hp / 502mag 415hp. My point to mobilcal is these are kinda big boats so get all the power you can or even hp500 gets pricey and not alot of those around. Cya

1993 24 ft Baja Outlaw that is too loud for the State of Kansas
I voted for the 25. I have a 24 Outlaw right now and I love the looks of the Outlaw. I think it just looks better and a 25 is a good size to get started out in.
My$.02.

Oh, and welcome aboard!!!

yea I looked at a 25 and a 275 today and now I am really confused. With the 25 @69k and the 275 @ 73K theres not that much difference in price but there is a hugh difference in look. And I like them both.
