Been a member on this board for awhile and can finally say that I own a Baja I just signed the papers on a 2000 232 with a 454 MAG. The boat was bought new in 2002 and only has 50 hrs on it!! I will have some pics soon. Going to be a fun summer

Congrats. You'll have fun with that boat. What speeds do you think you'll see? I had a 454 in my outlaw and saw low 60's. Have fun.

Based on my experience, I'd predict 66 on GPS. But it's easy to get above that with a labbed prop, synthetic oil/lube and the rev limiter increased. Make sure you run a two way average. That's the best way to get consistent measurements and to really know the results of your improvements.
