I, would go with some Mirage plus converted to our ACCLERATOR PROPS.

RIC, he mentioned he is running 28's not 26 pitch props.

Give me a p.m. and I will call you we can PROP TALK
I've actually heard 2". Anyway, the 1998 model has the lower X. Mirage Plus should work well. I'm pretty sure post #1 originally said 26P.

I have a 2000 33 Outlaw I repowered with 500hp's that Rod worked over. I had 27 Mirage plus props that slipped horribly. Instead of waiting for the 27's to get labbed last summer I bought some labbed 26 Bravos and lost a solid 6 mph. Mercury Racing said not to run 4 blades on that boat and they were right. I shook more things loose in one weekend with the 4 blades than I ever shook loose in 2.5 years with the three. The 4 blades were awesome in holeshot and in turns you could lay the rub rail in the water but i could never lift the bow high enough to let her run and therefore the nose wanted to plow thru waves at the Ozarks. Darin is labbing my 27 and says hey can put the holeshot and handle in the three blades. They are on their way and I am anxious to try them.

if we had to tweak them we would make sure they are done in two days ,and shipped back to you for the weekend .As most of the work would be done,it would be a matter of fine tuning.Don't worry.

my buddy has a 01 33 with efi's and mercury labbed 30'' bravos running 77.1 gps, when it had imco -2'' it ran 80.5 gps I would suggest labbed 30'sunless you run in shallow water, unless the 3 blades will get you on plane then I would say 27 mirage plus, the 02 and newer 33's won't budge with 3 blades the x is to high

The reason I say run in shallow water is becausethe thinned blades lose some strength , we found out the hard way the first time out

Thanks liquid.
Mine is a 98. I only ran it twice but it seemed like it wouldn't break loose with the bravos. Of course rhere was no chop either time. I'm going to put some seat time in it before I spend the money on mirages and have them labbed. If I can get the performance from the labbed bravos maybe I'll go that way.
