A friend of mine had a 93' with
415's.
His originally had inside rotating props,
and it was very ill handling.
We switched to outside rotation, it
made a world of difference.
This boat ran lower 70's and did not
have external steering.........it needed it.
The boat has kind of a higher center of gravity,
and it has a fairly large pad on the bottom,
( which it tries to ride up on) it definetly
felt a little loose up on top.
We never experimented with 4 blade props
at the time, but, I bet with 4 blades and
external steering, it would have been a
bit more stable.
Engine access was tight.
I always have liked the looks of those models
The Mcleod seats are nice.
As is the downstairs.
I believe someone on here has a 320/322
with HP500's or better, maybe he'll chime in
on how they handle with power.
