Default 25 OUTLAW audio setup

Ok, Need to get that rig rock!

Had a 232 BOSS before, did this, did that, ended with a 200 watts MP3 system and added two 6x9 infinity speakers in the rear bench. oooohh, really poor setup.

Tell me about your experiences in your 25 ol's. Subs, amps, 6x9's...results... I want to rock that boat!

Thanks again

I put 3 12" JL subs under the rear seat with a homemade enclosure and that is also where I mounted the amps. I used MB Quart speakers (4) in the cockpit and I stayed with the factory Clarion head unit. I had nothing in the cabin. There was never a problem hearing it running down the lake. Only problem I never resolved (if you want to call it a problem) is that I had to keep the bass turned down because it could overpower the mids and highs at will. It sounded great and I recieved many compliments on this setup

In my 25 I had 2-10" subs under the seat with a 600w amp driving those then I had 4 - 6 1/2" speaker in the cockpit also with a 200w amp driving those. Then in the cabin I had 2 - 6 1/2" speakers and 2 - 5" speakers with a 200w amps driving those and I had it where you could turn off the cockpit or the cabin, because I had the TV/DVD hooked into the cabin speakers that way you could watch a DVD without everyone on the docks having to hear it.

If I had it to do over again I don't think I would go with the 12's. They are really too big around to fit in that space. If you look closely at my pic, the holes are not round and that is not distortion. There is no way you could have top mount 12's.
