I'm sorry you've got this problem. We should probably talk next week...if you are going to replace the stringers & bulkheads then I've got some important things to tell you / show you. I'm cutting out of here early today to catch a flight to Atlantic City for my bro's bachelor party this weekend. We tried to have it the same weekend as the race there but unfortunately the race got cancelled...sucks. Give me a call next week when you get a chance.

bulkhead repair **UPDATE**
Well, after talking with Chatim, it has been decided that there is no easy way to fix this. So I hate to say it, but she will not be hitting the water this year.
But we have decided to just gut it and rebuild her. When it does hit the water agian it will have a much larger cockpit, no transom well, and a bracket. I also think we are going to regelcoat it in the "Top Banana" theme, but with a different name obviously.
