2006 Banana paint scheme?
I personally feel that the original Banana Boat paint scheme that Charlie raced back in the day should be used.
I say this becuase the original boat will undoubtedly become part of the advertising campaign.
It would be a direct correlation to the old days.
My next paint job will be "Top Banana" style, but with Navy blue hull sides and a gray or silver boot stripe instead of yellow.

I think having a copy of the top banana race boat would look great on an ad w/ an inset of the old race boat!

orange and yellow seem to be the most popular these days, personally :I would do the whole boat black cokpit and everything with silver interior rigged with platnium gaffrig monsta gauges w/chrome bezels , billit all gaffrig shifter, and one of those blue merc motas attathed to an xr drive with some nice ex steering and get this thing in the f-1 class next season and kick some activator ass. If you want to go old school, probably all yellow hull white deck and tuck and rolled yellow/ white stripped interior, complete with all gaffrig equipment and a merc 496 or hp500 with an xr drive. Or if you really want a bad ass mota call MRD in lindenhurst ny 631 225 5656

Go old school and simple on the hull and deck. White hull with maybe some small yellow accents or Banana emblem yellow, the deck also white with two yellow stripes. Now In the cockpit is where I think you go new school and different than other company's. Make the windshield a fairing made of carbon fiber that is black with woven in yellow and the same with the dash. The boat has to be marketable to many different people, some to just blast around the "haba" or bay and also to the hard core Banana heads.

Keep it original....Class never goes out of style.
Hate these new colours that look like cans of paint have dropped over the boats.
The best paint scheme ever next to the Miami Vice KV is the white botton white flat deck and black sides as in The Cigarette or the Playboy Specials.
Back in 89 in Ibiza ther was a above mentioned 35 Cig with a 12" Golden lettering on the side stating the Boats name CEASAR....now that WAS a SIGHT and a statement.
It was on a bouy on the beach and I just had to swim to it to check Itīs SSM#3 s out.
Who owned it ..I dont even wanna know..
