Looking Good Chad!
The engine mount is off my engine and ready to bolt to yours.
Hopefully it will work for you.
Here are a couple of pics when I installed it in the Super.

It looks like it will work, If not, then I am going to have to change my oil pan. Thanks for the pics

The donor is ready to roll...
I put the Imco steering drive cap in a plastic bag and then in a shoe box. Include with the cap is the mounting hardware and the spring ball detent. You will need to drill and tap two extra mounting holes in your drive to mount the cap.
Please send your stock cap back to me with the spring ball detent and 2 short 12 point mounting bolts.
Thanks,

The engine mount works with a stock 8qt oil pan.
Like you and I talked about before, the stringers on a 24' Super are close together so you may have to add some spacer plate to reach the stringers in your boat.

Curious why they cut the transom from the outside like that??

I have always been taught to do it from the inside, leaving the outside skin inplace, I need to do mine in a year or so, and since I have the outboard motor well, I will need to do it like yours was done, or remove the deck.

hey tuffenuff, thanks for the kiddos, your boat turned out sharp as well. I saw a few small pics of your boat running well

Power is a 0 hour 454 with a B&M 250 blower, single carb. Stainless marine exhaust and a few other goodies, she should run pretty well. I was going to go with all white interior to match the deck and make her look clean, and in the cabin I was going to do a crossweave silver pattern with a black armrest in between the two chairs I am going to form in. I considered doing silver for the interior, but this texas sun gets blistering hot on the lake in the late summer, and white would be much cooler to the skin

hello rchevelle, I don't know why he cut the transom that way, I bought the boat well after it was done. Send him a pm, he is jefro0690 who posted the comments earlier. I dont think he removed the deck, maybe that is the reason he did it like he did. He is pretty good with glass and paint, this thing looks brand spanking new sittin in the garage.
