it should with the ITS set up you can put the drive height up higher than stock like 2''. other wise your drive will be to deep.

Sounds good when you say it will work

I do beleive I have somwhere about 5" high mount of the transom today. At this stage im not too worried about putting the drive to low.

I will soon have the drive and ITS in my hand and then I will know more about the hight. Perhaps I need to remove the 1" spacer?

Im more concerned about if it will "fit" the boat with an set back of some 7"? I already have an notch.
On the other hand I believe the new Bananas that have an OutBoard have a greater set back than 7"?

I have heard that not all boats handle better with a set back.

I know baja 24 and 25ol do, my friends sutphen 26 did not, but twins do. as long as your prop shalf is 3 to 4'' below the keel it should be a good starting point. without 1''drive spacer.

Yep, I have received the stuff

Now, when I have had a chance to read the ITS installation manual I see that the it is a much bigger difference between the ITS and standard Bravo stuff than I thought.
The difference in position of the prop shaft hugh

Perhaps I will have an issue with the height after all?

This weekend we test mounted the ITS and Bravo XR with Sportmaster lower.
Before we continue with the mounting of stringers and bulkheads we wanted to see if we need to re-do the transom.
According to my knowledge the prop shaft should be somewhere about 2" below, to 2" above, the keel.
Dont know if this is applicable on the Bananas though.

Anyway this is how it looks today if we dont re-do the transom.
The prop shaft is about 8 centimeters (same as 3") below the keel.
On these pics I still have the 1" spacer on the drive.
I plan to test this set up as a start and then we see if we should remove the spacer or not.

Any thoughts on this from you guys is much appreciated.
