I think before everyone starts placing blame here and there, we should realize OSO has been a website with a plethora of information. It is real easy to say "I told you so" after the fact, but how many times have we all been very happy with the outcome of a "deal" we have been informed of here on OSO. The Trick dilema is very unfortunate for all those involved. Sure, we must be proactive and learn from mistakes. On the flip side, how many "scams" have actually been propagated on OSO and caused financial woes to members??? Members have thwarted many an effort to scam others. Unfortunately a few scams have fallen through the cracks, but not nearly as many had it not been for OSO. It would be a little naive to feel it possible to police a site with 100% efficiency.

This is not intended as a bash towards anyone. I am sure measures are being considered as we post to move the site ahead.

We had two complaints in less than 30 days about a certain person on the site. HE is shady.

He can now not even see OSO cause his ip is banned, his account frozen , ads removed from the classifieds.

He is on our list and we know he will return so we keep a constant eye out.

You all would be surprised at what we do behind the scenes.

when am i ever serious.. to be honest its been very hard for me and rob to stay out of this, but i feel its for the best. with the whole big scottything, fred went out of his way to make us all look so bad and took every opportunity to in his words eat crow.. i do feel for james and fred for their loss, but business is business... i wish all of you luck with getting your money back... stecz

Yes, I bet we all would. Thank you for doing what you do. It's not easy having to dealing with the amount of people, egos and situations that you have to deal with.
