Ripped off by OSO member dj_merk_e
About a month and a half ago I saw that dj_merk_e real name Rick Caccamo, 201 Oaksummit Rd, Frenchtown, NJ had an outer TRS gimble for sale. Sent him a cashiers cheque that got cashed and waited. Nothing yet, even after numerous emails and PM's. The ***** has an unlisted phone nuimber and drives a black mustang. Watch out for this scaming POS. If you read this Rick remember this is a very small world

Send him a 1099-MISC. This is an IRS form for unreported income. Be sure you cc the IRS in your letter. He might just get the message if he knows the IRS may pay a visit. Ken

If he is a deadbeat and doesn't send you the stuff, then he probably don't pay taxes either.

Ok, I'm not that far north of his house. It about an hour drive. I have some intimidating friends that love boats and we could pay him a visit if we are bored one day.
