You can't make EVERY customer happy. Sh!t happens with any major business and I don't see any harm in attempting to make things right or spread the word if you got burned.

I personally think Randy's extremely inflated arrogant ego will be the un-doing of his beloved company in the long run. But that's just a personal observation.

Bernie, I am suprised to hear that you had a bad expierience with Randy. I have found him to be very professional and he has a pretty solid rep. We do a lot of the FPC runs together in the winter

It sounds like this was not malicious on their part. Sometimes when you deal with customers with multi million $ bank rolls, you overlook the little guy. again, its not right, its just someone on their crew didnt think anything about a part that cost a few grand from someone that isnt one of their main customers.
