I bought a boat once from them and when the deal didn't go through it took me several weeks to get my deposit back! And 100k is solid money that doesn't need to be floating in Fastboats bank acct. when it doesn't belong to them!

And your "major money" is what some of their customers probably spend in a night at the local strip club. In the world of used boat dealers I still think fastboats is one of the best, take that as you want.
i dont think a $30,000 deposit on a $300,000 plus purchase constitutes a little guy do you ? Plus having a boat hauled to FLA from NJ and back to NJ because the numbers changed and when the boat arrived back in NJ, the cabin was covered with mold after a few months of sitting in FLA...not to mention the deposit STILL HASNT BEEN RETURNED

I received a cheque from Randy and am satisfied. By the sound of things there were other factors and other people out of Randy's control that screwed this deal. The moral of the story is don't rely on others when your name is on it. The only guy to get f#@ked is you.
