well looks like its game time. Mr Aloia informed me today that since nobody at fastboats is willing to rectify this situation, he will be going after fastboats as well as all others involved in the transaction. he's given them almost 9 months to rectify this ordeal and they've opt'd to ignore him. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN ITS GOING TO GET UGLY !! going after the deposit and there was also mention that since he's a jersey resident there's a treble damages issue, as well as the damages and repair costs to his boat while it was in there care....its a damn shame it has to come to this.

Sorry to hear that...sounds like a real mess. Hope this gets resolved soon. Keep us posted if things change.

His boat sure a hell was a mess when it returned from Fastboats. The rest of it, I can only say I have heard stories.
