triad performance

just wondering, anybody use's this place triad performance ? i ordered a drive shower from this place on july 2 and have not received my parts. i can't seem to get hold of them since i orderd the shower, anyway just wondering if anybody knows this place thanks

I used them a good while ago and had good results but it has been quite some time.

I also bought some stuff from Trick and it worked out fine so go figure.

I had a similar experience there about a month ago and wound up just giving up and cancelling the order. When I called the answering machine was full but I did get a return email from Don after a week or so. Thankfully they didn't charge my card....you might want to check that.

I bought about $700 of Gaffrig gauges from Triad about 3 years ago. It was a GREAT experience. Sorry to hear that things didn`t work out for you.
Just wondering - how did you lose $140 ? Can`t you dispute credit card ? Or did you send money order or what ?
I can`t imagine Don not refunding your $140.

yeah i'm sure i can dispute the charge and if this is a mix up then ok. not saying anything negative about them just not getting satisfaction

coolhand502, just came across this thread. I do not have any record of your order, do you have a sales number or can you give me your contact information so that I can look up the order via your name.

Either way I will take care of it. If we find that your card was charged I will issue a credit immediately and then you can let everyone following this thread when I do.
