O'k, so here is the story on this one. I just finished a big boat project, of which I pulled alot of parts from a a lot of different sources in order to get the owner the water as fast as possible for the short summer season up here in Michigan.
Unfortunately, I made a purchase from Big Guns Marine for some transom gaskets. I made this purchase on May 3rd, and payed via Paypal. I received a call a couple days later confirming the purchase. Everything seemed to be in order, so I began preparing for the re-power and awaited parts.
By the 15th, I was sick or waiting and called again. The man on the phone was very apologetic and said he would rush the shipping on them and get them to me in 2-3 days.
By the the 20th of May, I was PISSED

!!! I'm sitting here with two complete power packages ready to go back into the boat and no gaskets to mount the gimbles to the transom.
So I called back again. The guy said he had just fired a bad employee and was now doing damage control. He said he would ship them out right away.
SO I called back right away the next morning, and the guy on the phone said to me "You weren't told that we have been out of stock on that item for two weeks now?" "Yeah, we won't be getting a shipment of those in for a 3-5 weeks yet!"
So, I told him to just send the money back to me and I would find the gaskets somewhere else. Which I did.
He agreed to send the money back, which he has not, as of the last 4 1/2 weeks.
Now I opened a dispute via Paypal to receive my money back, and find out he no longer has a Paypal account and has canceled it.
Curious to see where this goes from here!!
I wish I would have done a background check on OSO about this place before i made a purchase!
